Using an Ethernet cable from one computer directly into the Zoom modem, enter the address 10.0.0.2 into the address bar of your browser. Then click on the "Advance Setup" at the top of the screen. Then look for the Option "NAT".
Be sure that writesetting to flash is the LAST thing you do in the set up. If you write settings to flash in the middle of this setup you may need to reset the modem and start over.
All you need to do on this page is select the "Disable" option then click on "Save Changes"
You will need to click on the "Advance Setup" at the top of the page and then on "DHCP" to get to this page. Start by clicking on "DHCP Server"
That will take you to this page where you will need to click on the trash can to clear the DHCP in memory.
By doing that you should see "No DHCP Server Pool!"
Once you have done that you need to click on "DHCP Mode" to bring you back here, then in the drop down menu select "None" and then "Save Changes"
Go back to the "Advance Setup" page and select "WAN Configuration". On this page select the last option in the drop down menu for "Encapsulation", it should be "1483 Bridged IP LLC". Set your VCI, make sure the Bridge option is Enabled, and the DHCP is Disabled. Then select "Save Changes"
That should take you to this screen where you can select "Write Settings to Flash"
Wait for the modem to reboot and your done.
