Click on "Tools" then "Accounts"



Click on "Add"



Click "Next"



In the top box, enter the name of the person
who will be using this account. In the second
box enter your email address.



1)The incoming box should have the setting for
the ISP that handles your mail (mail.yourisp.com)
2)The outgoing box should be the setting of the
ISP responsible for your connection to the Internet



The User Name is usually every thing before
the @ in your email address
