Your New dialup can start on of two ways depending
on how your desktop is set up. If you can see the
"My Network Places" icon on your desktop, right click
on it. Then left click on properties. That will take you to the
third window of this setup. Other wise click on "Start"
then "Control Panel"



Double click on "Network Connections"



Third Window:   Click on "Create a New Connection"



Click "Next"
