Right click on "My Network Places"
Then left click on Properties



Double click on "Make New Connection"



Click on "Next"



Select "Dial up to the Internet"
Then "Next"



Select the "Manual" Option, then "Next"



Select the "Modem" Option, Then "Next"



After entering the Phone Number
left click on "Next"



Enter the user name and password provided
by your ISP, then "Next"



Enter the name of your ISP, then "Next"



Select "No", then "Next"



Finally click on "Finish"
