Here are the items you should have in the box




Here is a picture of the modem. The network cable
can plug into any of the yellow ports.




The other end of the network cable goes into your computer




The other cords are a power and DSL cable




The power cords goes directly to the wall outlet




When the power is plugged in to the wall and the network
cord is plugged into your computer you should see these two lights on





The green DSL cord goes in to "line" port on the modem
The other end goes to the wall WITH NO FILTER




When the DSL cord is plugged in you should see a SOLID
Internet light on the modem. If the light is blinking it means
you are not getting a DSL signal from Qwest




Here is a picture of the DSL filters. These need to be put
on all the phones that are using the same line as the DSL
