Q :When I open Internet Explorer I can't see any web pages.

A : 1) Is there Internet Explorer asking the computer to bring up the dial up connection? If not, open IE, go to "Tools" then "Internet Options". Then click on the "connection" tab. There are three options towards the bottom of the page. Make sure the dot is in "Dial when ever a network connection is not present". Be sure to click on OK when you are done. Just closing the window will not save it.

2) If they are connecting to internet and still see no web pages, then you may need to have them enter our DNS numbers. If you do not know how to do this, please pass the call to some one who does.
