Right click on "My Network Places" then left click on "Properties"




Right click on "Local Area Connection" then left click on "Properties"




Highlight "Internet Protocol" then click on the "Properties" button




IP Addresses is assigned by your ISP. You can enter DNS numbers if you can get on the internet but you're not able to bring up web pages.
